Processing Times
Ready-made items: Ship within 1-2 business days
DTF Transfers: Ship within 2-3 business days
Custom orders: 5-7 business days processing + shipping
Apparel: 3-5 business days processing + shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard and expedited shipping rates apply to the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping, but we're working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also find tracking information in your account dashboard under "Orders."
Our shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and around your delivery area. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help resolve the issue.
