Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed the same day.

DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are high-quality prints created on special film that can be heat-pressed onto various fabrics. They're perfect for customizing t-shirts, bags, and other textile items with vibrant, durable designs.

Sublimation works best on polyester fabrics and polymer-coated items. This includes polyester clothing, mugs, mousepads, phone cases, and other specially coated blanks. The higher the polyester content, the better the results.

DTF transfers are applied using a heat press. Preheat your garment, position the transfer, and press at 300-320°F for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure. Peel warm and you're done! Detailed instructions are included with every order.

Yes! Our DTF transfers and sublimation prints are designed to be durable and long-lasting. We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and avoiding bleach to maintain the vibrancy of your prints.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders and DTF transfers cannot be returned unless there's a defect or error on our part.

To request a refund, please contact us through our contact form or email us at colorfuseprints@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Yes! We love creating custom orders. Contact us with your design ideas, and we'll work with you to bring your vision to life. Custom orders typically require 5-7 additional business days for production.

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, and PSD files. For best results, please provide high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum) with transparent backgrounds for designs that don't cover the entire print area.

There's no minimum order for DTF transfers. For custom t-shirts and apparel, we have a minimum order of 6 pieces per design. Contact us for bulk pricing on larger orders.
