Return Policy Statement
Effective Date: January 2025
This Return Policy ("Policy") governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased from ColorFuse Prints ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with ColorFuse Prints, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
Accepted Returns
ColorFuse Prints accepts returns of new, unused, and unapplied products within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free. Refunds or replacements are issued under the following circumstances:
1. Products Damaged by ColorFuse Prints
If your product arrives with defects, errors, or damage that occurred during our manufacturing or printing process, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. This includes printing errors, color defects, misalignment, incorrect sizing caused by production, or any other quality issues attributable to our production process.
2. Products Damaged During Shipping
If your product is damaged during transit by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Upon receipt of photographic evidence of shipping damage (including packaging condition), we will process a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate. Shipping damage claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
3. Manufacturer Defects on Applied Transfers
If a transfer has already been applied to a garment, tumbler, or other surface and a clear manufacturer defect is present (such as ink failure, adhesion failure not caused by improper pressing, or print quality issues), we will review the claim on a case-by-case basis. Photographic evidence of the defect is required.
Required Documentation: To process any accepted return, you must provide your order number, clear photographs of the product, photographs of the original packaging, and a written description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Transfers that have been pressed or applied to a shirt, tumbler, or any other surface (except manufacturer defect — see above)
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Products where customer provided incorrect specifications, files, or sizing
- Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as final sale
- Digital products or downloadable files
Once Applied, Returns Are Void: The moment a transfer is pressed onto a garment, tumbler, or any other item, it is considered used. Returns are not accepted for applied transfers unless a manufacturer defect is clearly present and documented. Please review your order carefully before pressing.
Discretionary Review
For all issues, complaints, or return requests that do not fall within the accepted return categories outlined above, ColorFuse Prints reserves the sole and exclusive right to review each case on an individual basis and render a decision at our absolute discretion.
Such discretionary review may include, but is not limited to:
- Partial refunds or store credit in lieu of full refunds
- Replacement products with modified specifications
- Future order discounts or promotional credits
- Denial of return request with detailed explanation
All decisions made under this discretionary review process are final and binding. We strive to resolve all customer concerns fairly and professionally, taking into consideration the specific circumstances of each case.
Return Request Procedure
Submit Your Request
Contact us at colorfuseprints@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. For shipping damage claims, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence.
Review Process
Our team will review your submission within two to three (2-3) business days. We may request additional information or documentation to properly assess your claim.
Resolution
Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within five to ten (5-10) business days. Replacements will be shipped according to standard production and shipping timelines.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ColorFuse Prints be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your purchase or inability to use our products, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether ColorFuse Prints was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Policy or your purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product(s) at issue.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
