We want you to love your purchase from ColorFuse Prints. If something isn't right, we're here to help make it right.
Eligible for Return
- Unused, unopened sublimation blanks in original packaging
- Defective or damaged products (report within 48 hours of delivery)
- Items received that don't match your order
- Products with manufacturing defects
Not Eligible for Return
- DTF transfers (custom printed items)
- Custom orders and personalized products
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
DTF transfers and custom items are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Request a Return
Contact Us
Email us at colorfuseprints@hotmail.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request within 1-2 business days and send you return instructions if approved.
Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging and ship using the method specified in your return authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
- Brief description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
